Why Our Prices Are Changing from 1st May
At Coastal Cruises Poole, we’ve always worked hard to offer great value experiences while keeping our cruises fun, safe, and accessible for everyone. However, like many businesses across the tourism and marine industry, we are facing ongoing increases in fuel costs — and it’s something that’s become impossible to ignore.
Why Are Prices Increasing?
Fuel is one of the single biggest costs involved in running passenger vessels. Every time our boats head out into Poole Harbour or along the Jurassic Coast, a significant amount of fuel is needed to keep things running smoothly and safely.
Over the past year, fuel prices have continued to rise, affecting not only us but businesses right across the tourism industry — from boats and buses to airlines and ferries. We’ve absorbed as much of these increases as we possibly could, holding our prices steady for as long as we could.
Unfortunately, the time has now come where we need to make a small adjustment.
When Will the New Prices Start?
From 1st May, our ticket prices will increase slightly on our more fuel heavy cruises.
We want to be open and upfront about this change so our customers have plenty of notice, and there are no surprises when booking future trips.
