Welcome to Coastal Cruises! By booking a cruise with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Passengers:
    • Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to departure for a full refund
  • Cancellation by Coastal Cruises:
    • We reserve the right to cancel a cruise for reasons such as severe weather or other safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings (such as date or passenger name changes) may be made up to 7 days before the scheduled cruise, subject to availability and possible fees.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Passengers must adhere to all safety regulations and instructions provided by the crew.

5. Liability Limitations

  • Coastal Cruises is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to passengers or their belongings, except as required by law.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings while on board. We recommend not bringing valuables or items that could be damaged by water.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all passengers to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and crew. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the cruise without a refund.

8. Photography and Video

  • By joining our cruises, you consent to photographs and videos being taken during the trip, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our crew.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Coastal Cruises reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dorset.
