Safety Information for Coastal Cruises
At Coastal Cruises, your safety is our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our passengers. Please review the following safety information before embarking on your cruise.
1. Safety Briefing
Before the cruise departs, all passengers are required to listen to a safety briefing. This will cover essential safety procedures, including:
- Emergency exits and evacuation routes
- Life jacket location and usage
- Communication procedures in case of an emergency
2. Life Jackets
Life jackets are provided for all passengers and are located on board the vessel. Please familiarize yourself with their location and instructions on how to wear them.
3. First Aid
A first aid kit is available on board, and our crew is trained in basic first aid procedures. In case of any medical emergencies, please alert a crew member immediately.
4. Weather Conditions
Cruises may be affected by weather conditions. We monitor weather reports closely and reserve the right to cancel or adjust itineraries for safety reasons. Passengers will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
5. Alcohol Consumption
We encourage responsible drinking. Excessive alcohol consumption can impair judgment and safety. Our crew reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears intoxicated.
6. Onboard Behavior
For the safety of all passengers, we expect everyone to behave responsibly while on board. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the cruise.
7. Children and Vulnerable Passengers
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We also ask that vulnerable passengers communicate any special assistance needs to our crew before departure.
8. Personal Belongings
Please keep personal belongings secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Avoid bringing valuables on board if possible.
9. In Case of Emergency
In the unlikely event of an emergency, remain calm and follow the crew’s instructions. Emergency procedures will be outlined during the safety briefing.
