This summer, we’re bringing a slice of London tradition to the Dorset coast with what we believe is the first ever Pie, Mash & Liquor Cruise in the UK. In partnership with Champs in Poole, join us every Thursday evening for a proper East End-inspired night afloat — complete with delicious food, good tunes, and the stunning views of Poole Harbour.

A Brief History of Pie, Mash & Liquor
Pie and mash has been a staple of working-class London since the 19th century. Originally served in the city’s “eel and pie shops,” the meal was cheap, filling, and easy to make in bulk. The traditional pie was filled with minced beef, served alongside creamy mashed potato and that unmistakable green liquor sauce — made not with booze, but with parsley.
Today, it’s a nostalgic dish that evokes memories of cockney culture, East End charm, and generations gathering around a plate of comfort food.
