Due to strong sales growth and an exciting expansion of our events programme for 2026, Coastal Cruises Poole is looking for experienced Captains and enthusiastic Crew members to join our close-knit team.

⚓ About the Role
You’ll be part of delivering unforgettable experiences on Poole Harbour and beyond, including:
Sightseeing cruises
Private charters and celebrations
Corporate and special event cruises
Seasonal and themed sailings
🌊 What We’re Looking For
Captains – Salary £40,111.50 – £43,537.00 (depending on experience)
Relevant Boatmasters licence & commercial qualifications
Confident vessel handling and strong safety awareness
Calm, professional, and approachable manner
A passion for customer experience and teamwork
Crew From £12.71 per hour
Friendly, reliable, and people-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Team players with a positive attitude
Experience welcomed but not essential – training provided
